We ensure all properties under management are compliant with all relevant laws, legislation and regulations — working proactively so you never face unexpected compliance issues.

Strata OCM is an authorised representative of Strata Insurance, working to find the best strata insurance for your property. Strata Insurance are an independent broker specialising in strata insurance and will obtain competitive quotes on behalf of your owners corporation.

Strata OCM provide our contractors with an extensive list of what is expected when attending jobs. We work with our contractors to safeguard their work and ensure they have the relevant insurance and compliance certifications for their trade. Our preferred contractor network means qualified tradespeople on-site quickly when you need them.

We specialise in the management of Company and Stratum Title properties, Lease Hold and Co-operatives — including assistance with strata conversion. These property types require specialist knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASIC registration requirements.
